Willemijn Dicke
Willemijn Dicke (1970) is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. Her recent research has been focused on realization of public values in public infrastructures under conditions of liberalization and privatization. She has received a Master’s in Policy Sciences and a Ph.D. in Policy Sciences, both from Radboud University Nijmegen. She has published on liberalization and public values, on narrative analysis, globalization and on network management. From 2006- 2008 she worked for the Scientific Council for Government Policy. She was the project leader of the report: Infrastructures. Time to invest. Her recent work includes the organization of public debates that highlight the policy implications of new technologies, such as the Elsevier Technologiedebat, a cooperation between the TU Delft and Elsevier Weekblad. She is also involved in the TU Delft initiative to bring together water professionals in an international network on water ethics. |
