Campus The Hague
Campus The Hague
TU Delft has a separate campus in The Hague – University Campus The Hague (CDH). CDH was established in 1999 as a branch of Leiden University and TU Delft, in collaboration with the city of The Hague. As a political and administrative hub of the Netherlands, The Hague is the ideal place for the expertise of the universities and the administrative qualities of The Hague to merge.
University Campus The Hague is located at three, soon to be four, central sites in the city:
- Stichthage Offices at Central Station (main premises)
- Lange Houtstraat 5-7
- Lange Voorhout 44 (LUC The Hague)
- A fourth building is under construction in Schouwburgstraat and should be completed September 2012.
The Stichthage premises at Koningin Julianaplein 10 in The Hague are also open to TU Delft staff. This highly distinctive building is perfect for receptions, lectures, conferences and meetings, or as workplace.
Booking a workplace
The main reason for booking a workplace at Stichthage is to stimulate our cooperation with Leiden University. TU Delft staff can directly book a workplace or meeting room.

Example of cooperation between Leiden and TU Delft
Society expects state-of-the-art technology, complex organisational forms and human behaviour to come together in socio-technological systems that are safe for users. Safety is consequently an increasingly important item of both political and social discussion. TU Delft and Leiden University collaborate on this issue at University Campus The Hague.
Master classes
TU Delft organises master classes for staff of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment on the theme of ‘Living and moving in the Delta Metropolis’. These bimonthly master classes are given at University Campus The Hague by TU Delft full professors. Themes include mobility, water management and the effect of climate change. The objective of the master classes is for the knowledge and insights developed at TU Delft to be reflected more in the Ministry’s practices. The target group consists of all employees of the Ministry and other physical departments (the Ministries of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment; Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality; and Economic Affairs).
