T. (Tanja) Buttler

Tanja Buttler is a PhD candidate and guest researcher at the TU Delft. Her current research focuses on how to support professionals in collecting lessons learned. Lessons learned are reflections on experiences made in a project, collected with the intent to prevent reinventing the wheel or prevent repeating mistakes in current, parallel, or future projects. In order to understand the support for collecting lessons learned, she combines insights from collaboration engineering and research methods, with decision making and knowledge management.

In 2009 she received a Diploma in Computer Science from the Fernuniversität in Hagen. From 2009 to 2013 she was as a researcher at the multi-actor department at the TU Delft, and in 2010 she held a position as a guest researcher at the Center for Collaboration Science at the University of Nebraska.
